About

Eric E. Sanderson is a producer, mixer, musician and engineer with over 520 million streams across a career spanning more than two decades.
He came up as a founding member of Augustines, producing, writing, engineering and playing on three albums that charted in the US, UK and Germany, and touring them worldwide, and is a long-time collaborator and bandmate of Grammy Award-winning producer Peter Katis. That double life — musician on one side of the glass, engineer on the other — still shapes how he works. He plays on most of what he makes: bass above all, and keyboards, guitar, piano, synthesizer and percussion across the rest.
He produced, mixed and played on Jimmy Artache's USA for 20th Century Paddy - The Songs of Shane MacGowan, out in November on Rubyworks alongside Bruce Springsteen, Tom Waits and U2. He produced and mixed Nicotine Dolls' Billboard Top 10 single The Best, and his credits run from Death Cab for Cutie and Brian Fallon to Wild Rivers, Des Rocs and Darlingside.
For screen he mixed the Hamilton 10th anniversary music video, recorded Patrick Cannell's score for Michael Jackson: The Trial, and mixed the documentary on Once Within a Time, the Godfrey Reggio film scored by Philip Glass.
He also owns Harbor Studios, a 2,000-square-foot recording studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn, where he recently launched the Harbor Artist Residency and Harbor Records.
